This game really made me feel sad, it's so horrible to see that we could help Lola, but we couldn't even talk to her...

But still, I'm really grateful for deciding to play this game...

I'm suffering from a horrible anxiety disorder and depression, and knowing that there are people caring about this problems makes me feel better!! Thank you so so so so much for creating this game!! (Sorry for my bad english too)

I loved playing this game so much. I legitimately felt fearful.

This gave me...a weird feeling
When I was younger, like 12-13y.o. I had this creepy stalker following me around, saying my name in this creepy horrible gross voice, I swear It was one of the most terrifying things that happened to me.

Reading the notes about that guy that said "hey stalking is cool!!!!" was like, super fucking horrible. I just...wondered, did Lola actually killed herself because of those thoughts that the showed in the game? or did the stalker made her kill herself out of fear? I just can't actually believe that Lola killed herself just...because??? they never actually said why she killed herself so Imma stuck with that theory.
As a suggestion, make your game less obvious next time. Lola was really obssessed with "having fun!!!!!", it was kind of annoying, and the only thing that made me empathize with her was that stalking note, I felt sorry for her.

Also too much references about DDLC, try to make something a bit more original next time.

This was truly amazing feedback, and I am very thankful you took time out of your day to review and do a wonderful critic like this. It truly means a lot to me. Thank you so much! Will keep all of this in mind for future projects :)

I played your game.  I think the message is really good.

I found and decoded a file in the game that I found odd.

Is that about a new game?

Hi! I was wondering if the game would ever be released for IOS anytime in the future? Because i'm dying to play this! :)

Sadly, Wolf RPG Editor, what I used to create the game, has no native support for IOS. You could use a general purpose tool like WineBottler to run the game, but I don't guarantee it will work. :( You may contact Widderune, translator and user of RPG editor, and he is more knowledgeable for these things. He may be contacted here: https://widderune.wixsite.com/widderune/contact.

Best to you and thank you for all of your support!

Okay I understand thank you so much for the information and for replying! :) have a great day.

This is so well done. In a post-DokiDoki world it’s easy to not stick the landing, but you nailed it!

Love the hints of time existing in universe when the player isn’t playing the game, a horrifying thought and very unique.

Having the new saves and screen after the crash really gave an uneasy feeling. The quick flare up of horror was very effective.

The art, music and writing blended into a very polished and stylized package I’m thankful to have come across. Great job!

what in the game is hapening... why.

Just finished the game, and damn feel bad to Lola... but overall, I thank you for your hard work developing this game

Hello. Thank you so much for developing this game! It was quite an adventure. Admittedly, I am not strong enough to play this game myself, so I opted to watch a playthough by FlareBlitzed. Thus my experience with the game is tied to his commentary, and I cannot thank both of you enough for this experience. I appreciate the message you've put, and I am also grateful you've added the suicide prevention hotline at the end of this game. Thank you for all your hard work, and your kindness in doing so.

I appreciate it immensely.

Olá, gostaria que você tivesse o jogo em português :(

So I finished playing this earlier. Congrats on making your first game! (I like the wolf RPG editor engine).

(Some spoilers and game screenshots ahead!)

I appreciate what this game is trying to do, and it seems you had fun making it!

The art style I generally like, the pixels give off the nostalgic feel and the CGS of Lola are very well done (that one at the end genuinely made me uncomfortable...)

Story wise, there’s not much subtlety or originality, but I enjoyed exploring Lola’s world. It reminded me of other games like LISA the First and The Dreams of Melody Moonlight, which focus on visiting a few areas related to the character’s lives, with cute/weird pixel art elements, but wth more meta stuff and dialogue.

The gameplay/puzzles were fairly simple but worked well. I like exploration in games like these, although some of the rooms were quite large to walk through (but as a short game, it’s not a big deal). Some of the dialogue could be out of place at times, but I enjoyed reading it all! I thought it was cute calling the books you pick up “mini-wonders”, and I liked what I am assuming are nods to both DDLC and Yume Nikki (or the actual game itself or similar games). Some elements of this game could be inspired by those games.

There was one minor typo with one line of dialogue-it should be “invisible wall”, instead of “invincible wall”.

Some of the scares unnerved me a little, like when you’re walking in the forest and get a split second flashing image, or in the kitchen when it’s just a black screen with crying sounds and cuts back to normal, those built some tension. But others could also be a bit silly at times. The MS paint edited version jumpscare in the room with the knife was both creepy but loud in your face, I feel the art there could have been done better or the horror could have been more subtle.

I thoroughly appreciate the message at the end of the game, and enjoyed playing this very much! As a first game, you did a good job! ^_^

Thoroughly enjoyed the first 50 minutes of Lola's World of Wonders. Filled with surprises, romance & a lot of happiness. <3

Wow! Thank you so much! This truly means a lot to us, and we are very glad that you are enjoying our game. We hope you are safe in these difficult times :)

The ending was very painful, but it gives the player something incredibly important to reflect upon. It's something that at some point we feel feeling down, or depressed. For anyone looking at this who are feeling down, talk to someone about how you're feeling, off-load what you're feeling over bottling your feelings.

Thank you for making this game Raffy's Playground. <3

I've finished playing and uploading the game. Didn't read the description when downloading it, but I didn't end regretting it. Say that I am sorry to Lola, and I hope she can find her eternal happiness.
